What Guests Are Saying
“A lot of care and thought has gone into the rooms and public spaces at this hotel. The rooms have many personal touches and feature local art. The innkeepers are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Exit the front door, and you will be on the main street of a very charming and delightfully quirky mountain town. If you are looking for a stay that is clean and comfortable, but also full of character and personality, this is your place.” — Gregory W., 5 stars
“We were dart on the map, late evening reservation request, resulting in an off hours employee having to come back out to assist with our check in. She was incredibly pleasant and our stay was delightful. The historical significance and furnishings in the common areas were enchanting. The room itself was basic yet extremely clean with all typical hotel room amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, etc. The location is stellar. Park your car and walk to anything you could possibly need from coffee shops, to restaurants, boutiques, even hiking trails. What a treat to have found this place. Would recommend to anyone wanting a real Vermont experience. So much better than chain hotels.” — Deirdre A., 5 stars

Small charming VT town that has everything you need within a four block radius - supermarket, pharmacy, good restaurants, coffee and even a bookstore. The innkeepers are super responsive and great hosts.” — GER, 5 stars

"Bristol Suites is always a fantastic stay. The rooms are cozy, clean and have everything you need. Especially if you are a family a need home amenities to cook, kids to have separate rooms and laundry! Staff are all amazing and friendly. They are attentive but also let you have your privacy. I highly recommend staying at Bristol Suites over an AirBnB or VRBO if you're in the area."

If you don't want to eat out there is a grocery store within walking distance. Our room the Deerleap Suite was on the 3rd floor and had great views of the mountains and the cute main st. We would go back and stay in the same suite."
