“Enjoyed our stay in Brattleboro other than the older tvs.Keep that in mind if traveling with Roku or game system. Breakfast was great, staff nice. Nothing to complain about, really. It’s typical Hampton, which is usually solid accommodations.” — ThoughtsofRS, 4 stars
“An older Hampton Inn, but room was clean and quiet. The afternoon person at the desk didn’t know a lot about the area and since this was our first time here, some knowledge would have been helpful. What guests are saying about Hampton Inn Brattleboro.
"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We came for the Brattleboro in Miniature weekend and just left (Dec 12-14, 2025). We had my 7yo daughter and 9yo niece with us and they had a blast at the hotel. The hotel was very welcoming walking in with holiday blowups and decorations making it feel so festive. All the staff we encountered were gracious and friendly, exactly what you imagine Vermonters to be like from what you hear. They had signs about ongoing renovations, but we didn't see or hear a thing to disrupt our time there. All that we did see looks nice and new and fresh. Their pool area is amazing, we spent Friday night there. They also have a nice hot tub to relax in. There are towels provided in the pool area, so you don't have to use your room towels. There is an accessible lift for the pool for those who need that accommodation. Each morning they have an excellent breakfast spread for free. That is a total bonus as a family that would easily spend $30-50/morning to go out to breakfast. You can make fresh waffles with your choice of 2 different types of batter and all sorts of fun fixings for your waffle after. My niece loved the waffles and had one piled high with whipped cream, chocolate chips and sprinkles each day. They have hot options each day which change with: scrambled eggs, a potato option (like one day was home fries, one day was sweet potato tater tots) and a meat option. One day there were sausage patties, another there was maple smoked sausage sliced into wheels. There are carb options like various breads, bagels and pastries, a cereal bar with fruit and yogurt, almond milk options in addition to milk, a juice machine and hot oatmeal with various toppings. There is a nice sitting area with different seating options off the breakfast area with a nice fireplace. There is a really nice 24/7 hot beverage bar next to the front desk with various coffees and hot water for tea or hot chocolate along with all the things you would need to make your own perfect cup. They have regular and flavored cream options, cups with travel lids and sleeves. We took advantage of this hot beverage bar a lot, which was really convenient, a nice extra amenity. The room itself was nice with white bedding, so you know they likely bleach. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room, which was also convenient traveling with kids to have food on hand and make our trip a little less expensive. There was a really large bathroom vanity for all our stuff for 4 of us. We were the second room away from the elevator/vending machine area, but we never heard anything from that area. The water pressure in the shower was good. The staff at the front desk were fantastic! They have an elf on the shelf that the girls had to try to find each day because he moves to watch all the kids coming and going. One of the staff members had a small white dog there named Macho who the girls absolutely fell in love with. All in all, we were so pleased with our stay, it was absolutely one of our best. The girls are going home with such fond memories, we couldn't ask for more. I would suggest anyone considering to stay here not to second guess it all for a second from any of the negative reviews on here. They are absolutely not representative of our experience. Thank you so much for a welcoming and enjoyable stay!"

Robert, who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful. We also liked that there was coffee and hot chocolate right by the front desk. The room was OK, clean, but a little cramped. The area around the hotel was quiet aside from the occasional road noise from the highway. Breakfast had lots of options, and aside from one guest monopolizing the waffle iron, it was a good experience. Not a fan of the $300 hold put on my account but it was cleared soon after check out."
