What Guests Are Saying

“Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) decided to take a quick getaway over Memorial Day weekend. I used credit card points for our hotel and looked at soooo many places. Why did I choose The Inn at Apple Valley? 1- THE REVIEWS! 2- PETS NOT ALLOWED!! (This is huge for me as we have a child with dog allergies) 3- It was refundable in case we had to cancel We were so glad we chose this hotel!! It definitely lived up to the reviews for cleanliness!! It’s hard to find places that don’t gross me out but this one was so clean even my husband commented on it!! It smelled wonderful and I loved that it didn’t have carpeted floors in the rooms. Check in was super easy and we found our room without issue. It was in a great location and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go easily. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a two queen room with a sofa which was great for our family. We had plenty of room for a two night stay. We didn’t use the pools but they looked clean. My husband and son ate the breakfast (I slept in!) and it was good. Stay here! You won’t regret it!” — 2xmommy, 5 stars

“Located on the Parkway just before crossing the Little Pigeon river into.Pigeon Forge. While it has been there for some time, not is extremely well maintained and modern. The rates are good but that is my opinion as I like this brand.of hotel. Like a clean room? Well they do.A great job cleaning. The are nicely decorated and A good size. It is generally quite but you will hear a door slam from time to.time, but it is usually a child. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have even found the cleaners to be helpful. They offer a breakfast every morning but we like to eat breakfast out. They have both an indoor and outdoor.pool for thoses.wishing to swim ( like my granddaughter).” — C C., 5 stars

“I like to visit the Smokies in the spring and fall. I’ve stayed at The Inn at Apple Valley most of those trips. I just returned from my fall trip and was extremely pleased with my room. The furniture was shining and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is good but not great. If you want a better breakfast, just go to the Applewood Farmhouse restaurant which is across the road. Cleanliness is my main concern when booking a hotel and this one is well maintained.” — KYtravelcat, 5 stars

"The staff went above & beyond to make our stay great. They were very friendly & helpful with everything we needed or asked about. The room was clean, roomy & the beds were so comfortable. They didn't mind our grands being normal kids either. They had everything decorated so festive for fall. I also enjoyed the fresh smell of apples throughout the hotel as well. We will definitely stay again."

"The best room I've ever stayed at in Pigeon! Pristine condition rooms, clean continental serving trays, attentive desk people, fantastic cleaners! The breakfast was fantastic, but truthfully a little crowded. Y'all maybe need a 2nd line/counter? Free flowing coffee machine in the lobby with flavored creamers & even tea bags! Just... an amazing visit."

"This is our first time staying here after year's of visiting the Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge area. We stayed in room #315 overlooking ourdoor fireplace. This place is soooooo clean and cozy and the hallways smell so nice like apples. Nicely updated, spacious rooms. Staff is very friendly, has indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub , fireplace and an area with complimentary Coffee, cider and tea. The breakfast is included but an (okay breakfast ). We purchased two of their robes which are very comfortable and well made. I definitely reccomend this place and hope to stay here again in the future. It is located on the strip to get to everything and the trolley stop is at the corner of hotel in case you want to ride without the stress of driving DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!!"
