“This is the nicest hotel! My son and I walked down the block at night to get pizza and it was a safe and friendly area. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfy! Of course the cookies are fantastic! Kate B., the supervisor in the coffee shop, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and took special care of us as my husband had just had a major surgery. "Excellent place to stay in Chattanooga. Close to restaurants and you can easily walk to the river or to attractions. Rooms were excellent, roomy, well cared for, modern. The front desk staff and other staff we met were excellent, helpful, courteous. The coffee shop downstairs was a lost cause, they charged me 9 bucks for two cups of terrible coffee, no big deal, there are coffee shops nearby. I would stay here again with no hesitation."

View on Google"We had a great stay at the DoubleTree Downtown Chattanooga. The location can’t be beat—walking distance to the riverfront, top attractions, and plenty of great restaurants. The lobby and lounge area are warm and inviting, and of course the fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies are a highlight every time. The pool and gym are well kept, and the hotel restaurant and catering team are fantastic. The rooms are on the smaller side, beds are a bit too stiff for my back, and the elevators are definitely showing their age, but we know renovations are planned for this year and are excited to see the updates. Overall, a comfortable stay in a perfect downtown spot."

View on Google"Stayed one night on our way from Michigan to Florida. Overall very nice great location close to anything an everything you could want or need. They are under renovation so it isn't perfect but it is very clean an well kept. Small food an drink shop next to the desk. The outside pool was very nice and well kept."
