“Excellent room , friendly service. Offered senior discount. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms. Knowing the rooms were clean gave me peace of mind. Interior doors were also a plus on safety. I did not get to the pool, but it was indoors. Also provided was a laundry room for guests. I got the idea that the desk clerk would have worked with us even if we had to switch rooms for our stay. “This setup was perfect. Convention center is approx. 1.7 mi. away, and the staff was great from Amy the Manager to Cody & Dannie at the front desk to the wonderful ladies who made my breakfast so early each morning. "Great hotel! Room was pretty spacious. I loved how renovated everything was. Great access to outlets, different lights, and space to keep things. The shower pressure was good and everything was clean and perfect for our weekend stay! They offer free breakfast with a few waffle makers, hot items, and other breakfast foods. They also have a hot chocolate and coffee bar during evening hours, but the hot cocoa was cold when we wanted to drink some (don’t know how long it was out). This hotel is near many restaurants, stores, and attractions to do. We stayed there to go to Dollywood since it was affordable and was also only a 20 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!"

View on Google"We spent the night at the Hampton Inn Sevierville and it was a great night sleep. The rooms are large and clean. There is also a nice indoor pool and a game room that overlooks the pool. The location is very good, right on the parkway and a short drive to dining and entertainment."

View on Google"Staying here for the 2025 F-100 Super-nationals and all Ford Show. Awesome location near the convention center and local establishments. Rooms recently remodeled. Receptionist was outstanding and really made my wife and I feel welcome. Rated 4/5 due to dated bathroom. Other than that, I believe the room quality is on par with IHG, Marriott, Choice or Bonvoy hotel options."
