What Guests Are Saying
“We stayed here for 4 nights and it was everything we hoped for at a reasonable price. The room was spacious,2 beds, couch, coffee table, desk, drawers,a closet,safe,microwave,mini-fridge. Check-in was a breeze and KeKe at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. There was maid service every day if you wanted. The location was a good place, close enough to everything but away from all the huge tourist areas. Outdoor pool was nice size but a little cool while we were there, indoor pool was small but nice for kids to play in and the hot tub was great,we used it every day. The breakfast buffet was free and had the best selection I’ve ever had included with a room. Hot and fresh every day, saved us a lot of money. I will definitely stay there and recommend to my friends. KeKe and all the front end people were nice and helpful.” — meatmanno1, 5 stars
“We checked in at Willow River just for a night away from home. (We are Sevier County locals) Kiki checked us in and she is just the nicest gal! We requested a room looking South and Kiki delivered. The rooms here are always clean and comfy and the indoor pool/hot tub is just wonderful! We had a great nights sleep and a terrific breakfast in the morning. The gentleman keeping the breakfast area was really on it, everything fresh and hot and clean! Kiki checked us out and was just as sweet and pleasant as the day before. We love Clarion Willow River Inn and recommend it for friends and family who visit from out of town.” — Mary L., 5 stars
“We recently stayed one night at the Clarion Inn Willow River. Wonderful experience. No cons, just pros. Easy check in, lady at the desk was so pleasant and helpful. We had no reservation, walked in late afternoon and got a super deal. It was my adult daughter and I, ended up in a spacious queen suite. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, air conditioner worked, water pressure was great, all rooms have balconies. Breakfast was a perfect start the next morning, a nice selection beyond cold cereal and muffins. Would definitely stay again, hopefully longer next time :)” — Melanie R., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Clarion Inn Willow River.
"Hotel exceeded our expectations. For the price per night it was great. The lobby is so warm and inviting and the rooms were extremely clean and a decent size. Kiki at the front desk was very friendly when I checked in and again during check out. Only recommendation would be bigger/permanent bath toiletries. Would stay here again."

View on Google"This hotel is beautiful! The carpet in the halls are a little worn from traffic and the carts for baggage are on the older side but the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We loved our stay here! We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river but it was in November and on the colder side so it was a bit dreary and not the prettiest sight but it was still nice. The staff are incredibly friendly. The only person that did not seem the most friendly was the cook staff lady who watched everyone while they got their food, not a smile in sight. The breakfast was good, a couple of the rolls for gravy and rolls were hard as a rock but others were soft. The eating area can get overly crowded with not much sitting room but overall its decent and the food is satisfying! We recommend staying here! Paid $412 for a double queen bedroom for 3 nights."

Its like a mini shoneys breakfast bar.. the rooms was clean even the building itself. Bathroom was clean. You can't really say anything bad about this place"
