“If you love Christmas and Christmas decorations you HAVE to stay here! From the multiple Christmas displays on each floor, to Santa being outside of the breakfast area everyday, to the in-room decor, it was perfect. We did the scavenger hunt around the property which is a great way to ensure you see all of the displays. All staff I encountered were super friendly and accommodating. The room, all common areas, and pool area were well maintained and clean. The pool area is one of the most unique I’ve ever seen. With the festive atmosphere and hot breakfast with lots of options every day, it was a great value. We paid around $300 a night for a 2 bed room with balcony overlooking the pool area. It’s also in a great location, near all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge, you can walk to multiple restaurants. From our first stay (2’nd year of existence), my wife and I knew that we’d found “home” away from home. Probably approaching 100 stays over the years now, and not one negative experience…not one bad day, not one inconvenience, not one negative employee, never not immaculate, never not friendly, never not helpful. Please just do yourself the greatest favor possible if you’re planning a stay in or around Pigeon Forge, and try this family owned and family first resort hotel. “Cozy and one of the most friendliest and cleanest places we have stayed at, it truly is a special place to go and stay. The front desk personnel greet you with a smile, very friendly happy to see you. The doorman was outstanding, joking and laughing and when we left he would shake your hand and tell you he can’t wait to see you next time. Just an all-around great guy. The breakfast staff, from the chef who made the custom omelettes to the young women that served everything else just unbelievably friendly.
