The Inn at Christmas Place

"The Inn at Christmas Place is absolutely beautiful! My friend has always wanted to go so we booked it as an early Christmas present for her. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated with the lights outside being a particular favorite of mine. The room itself was comfortable and even had its own Christmas tree! The breakfast was also delicious with tons of options! Gary at the omelet station was so nice and cheery! The general area was convenient to many restaurants and shops (including Tanger Outlet and of course Christmas Place!) and to Gatlinburg (get a reservation at the Peddler Steakhouse if you can - so good!). You will definitely want to book early as it fills up, but the Christmas activities were lovely (the apple cider that came free with the cookies was the best I have ever had!). I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a Christmas themed experience! Only note is to bring your own bedding and things if you are requesting a rollaway!"

"I have too many amazing things to say about The Inn at Christmas Place!! When we first arrived, we were greeted by a super friendly doorman and got checked in our room quickly. The room was absolutely beautiful and very festive. I wasn’t a huge fan of the room’s view, but I asked if they had others available and they got me switched at no extra charge. Impeccable service. We did do a room change halfway though our stay, which made it so fun, and the doorman who switched our luggage even remembered to grab my almond milk out of the fridge so I could have dairy free hot chocolate. When we got into the second room, they had a custom Christmas ornament waiting for me, which was absolutely so magical. The outdoor hot tub was so relaxing and beautiful, overlooking Christmas lights. The attention to detail at this hotel by every employee is absolutely amazing and should have a Michelin star. Will absolutely be coming back!!! Would highly recommend if you’re looking to live inside your own hallmark movie! And yes they had the hallmark channel!"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Inn at Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge. The whole place feels magical the moment you walk in, and our room made it even better — it had its own Christmas tree, which added such a cozy, festive touch. The amenities were great and made our stay really comfortable. The breakfast was one of the highlights with plenty of delicious options for everyone. Another thing we really loved was the daily schedule posted each day. It’s full of fun activities like magic shows, carols, and other Christmas-themed events that make the experience feel extra special. Overall, it was such a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!"
