“This was our second stay at this hotel. We enjoyed it every much. It is very convenient to the Parkway. (It is located between the Parkway and Teaster Lane.) It was quiet. The breakfast was good. They had the usual items: scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal with all the fixin’s, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, two cereals, and waffles. The most important part: it was CLEAN! “I’ve been going to Marriott hotels for over thirty years. Springhill Suites at Pigeon Forge TN was the absolute best. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We went to Pigeon Forge with my daughter’s family. The staff was able to set us up in connecting rooms. The swimming pools and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. "@Jan.2026 Since it’s off-season I could stay at very cheap rate. The service was good and room was clean. There is Netflix accessible TV. If there was a dryer it would’ve been better. There wasn’t many menu on breakfast but considering the price it’s ok. And blowing parking lot at past midnight is not a good idea, the sound from the engine was quite loud."
