About The Hotel

RiverStone Resort & Spa on Dollywood Lane is a 4.5-rated (1,124 reviews) condo-style resort and spa on the Little Pigeon River in Pigeon Forge, with spacious one- and two-room condo units, an on-site spa, a lazy river, a golf course nearby, and a riverside setting near the Parkway. The condo units are the area’s best bet for an in-room jetted tub — a unit type to confirm at booking — alongside the spa and the lazy river; a comfortable, upscale-leaning base for couples and families. Guests praise the spacious units, the spa, the lazy river, and the convenient Dollywood location. It is a condo resort rather than a full-service hotel — limited daily housekeeping — but for couples and families seeking a relaxing, spa-centric stay with possible in-room jetted tubs, it is a strong option.

What Guests Are Saying

“So I decided to take a solo birthday trip to the Smoky mountains. I’ve been to Tennessee plenty of times but never to Pigeon Forge. Let me tell you something, I was shocked!!! Stimulation overload with so many things to do!! The resort is in a perfect location. You’re not far from everything but you get a sense of calmness when you enter the grounds. Check in was easy and simple. Cookies and coffee waiting for you upon arrival. Definitely a place to go solo or with the family. The resort offers a spa and wellness services for couples or adults. There’s a lazy “river” on the grounds as well as an indoor pool. My favorite thing was the bubbling river on the grounds. Nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ducks along the banks resting. I felt away from the noise but able to jump in by walking or driving off the grounds of the resort. The condo was perfect with a nice king bed fitted with cool linen. Great kitchen for preparing meals. Full size appliances to take care of the needs of a family. Man, was that air conditioning just right! I loved my stay and plan on doing a repeat!” — Demetria J., 5 stars

“Very nice establishment. We had the one room condo unit and it was very spacious and lovely. Keep track of your towels as they give you all you are going to get. The lazy river was relaxing and very enjoyable. We also visited the indoor pool but I felt like “gold-locks” because the pool was too cold, the jacuzzi was too hot but the toddler pool was “just right”. The resort is very close to Dollywood and many great restaurants and other attractions. They might need a light at their exit one day as it requires a bit of caution and patience to get out on the road going into town. I will definitely go back though. Keep an eye out for their better room rates during the week as they also tack on housekeeping and other fees. In the end it was still a better deal than many hotels but with much better accommodations.” — Sharon T., 5 stars

“Beautiful facility in the perfect location for all attractions. Getting in and out of the resort can be a bit of a challenge on busy days (we were there during Thanksgiving week). Reyna and Delmy at the front desk went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. We had a minor problem with our TV reception and they had a tech guy at our unit in less than a minute. He reset our system and resolved the problem in no time. We’ve been here several years and already have reservations again for next year. The units are up to date and well maintained. The facilities and services are top notch.” — Dave F., 5 stars

"Before I tell you how great this place is I must tell you about the wonderful staff they have here. Ms. Delmy greeted us with a warm smile and a joyous attitude. She started our vacation in the right direction and it has been great ever since. The Riverstone Resort and Spa is an excellent choice for comfort and convenience. Set in the perfect location for everything in “Pigeon Forge”. Your backyard is the beautiful Gatlinburg Golf Course, you have quick and easy access to the main strip which carries you to all of the major attractions, and downtown Gatlinburg is an easy 13 minute drive. We (7 guests) stayed in a Luxurious 4 bed 4 bath room that is bigger than most homes. Everything in this resort is high quality and they have ensured the rooms are even better. Parking for your building is either below the building with easy access to the elevator or along the front with plenty of spaces available. The pool room is available all year and all day with plenty of towels located in your room. There are many more amenities that we did not have a chance to experience so a second visit will have to come soon. We highly recommend the Riverstone for your family vacation."

"This may have been one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Very roomy, clean and private. We felt very safe with having two seperate doors to get into our suite. The view was nice."

"I love that Riverstone is located in the middle of pigeon forge. You can get to and from the backroads or the main road. It's easy to get to Dollywood! The room we stayed in was great! This resort has everything you need. We also got a massage 10/10 recommend."
