What Guests Are Saying
“My wife and I stayed at the Margaritaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge for three days in April, 2026. We were celebrating my 76th Birthday and our 57th Anniversary. We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The huge shower was very nice and the balcony overlooking the fountains was fantastic! We love to people-watch and we spent a good deal of time sitting there and enjoying the fountain display. Not quite the Bellagio in Las Vegas, but very entertaining, especially when the fountains danced to music. Every member of the staff that we encountered was excellent, always cheerful and helpful. With all of the stores, rides, and restaurants located in the Island, you could spend you entire time here. But there is a lot to see and experience in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, don’t miss it! We highly recommend this hotel and are looking forward to a return visit.” — Snibbod1950, 5 stars
“We had an amazing stay at Margaritaville! The entire place was very clean, and the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect and super convenient, with so many fun things to do nearby. The pool was one of our favorite parts — it was awesome, and being heated made it even better! The views were absolutely beautiful and made the stay feel even more relaxing. Everything about this place was great. It is a little pricey, but honestly, it was well worth it for the experience. We would definitely stay here again!” — Berbie1987, 5 stars
“We have stayed in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg several times, but this was our first time at a Margaritaville resort. I can’t say enough good things. The facility is so clean and smells amazing. Beds & pillows- 10/10. Pool- 10/10. Fins Bar- 10/10. We did the valet parking and they are the nicest people and were quick when retrieving our truck. Every person we interacted with was friendly and polite. Prime location and worth the money. We will definitely be back when we can stay longer.” — AshleighLP83, 5 stars

"We had the best time here! The hotel is so nice and the staff is extremely friendly. Chloe helped is get checked in and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed. We told her we were celebrating our anniversary and she made our stay very special (see pics). We will definitely be back because of her. Thank you Chloe!"

You can walk out in the balcony and watch the water and light show in the middle of the island if you choose an island view room. It was very quiet at night too. The valet parking makes it easy to get in and out, the only downside is the price. It is a nicer hotel, I just don't think it needs to be quite that expensive."

From the moment we checked in, despite it being quite late, the front desk staff greeted us with smiles—huge shoutout to Jeff and Alex! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had a minor concern the next day that they took seriously, making us feel like our comfort really mattered. The cleaning staff are simply amazing! Every time we passed them in the hallways, they were smiling, singing, and just radiating happiness. It really added to the overall vibe of the place. And don’t even get me started on the spa! How did you find such incredible ladies? We’ve been to many spas before, but this one ranks at the very top. From the moment we walked in, we felt like royalty. The kindness and respect we received were truly unmatched. Overall, our experience here has been phenomenal. I know I’m still at the hotel, but I couldn't wait to share how much we appreciate the staff. Whoever is in charge, you’ve got a wonderful team that makes this place shine. Highly recommend"
