What Guests Are Saying

“This hotel is in a great location for all things Pigeon Forge and with free parking and the standard breakfast offerings it is a great deal. Our check-in was seamless and so was check-out. The staff was helpful and were able to take care of our needs quickly. We like extra towels and they had them right at the front desk. The breakfast area had the normal offerings you come to expect from the Hampton Inn and it was well taken care of. We had two top floor rooms and had no issue with noise. We would stay here again without a doubt!” — YotaPower, 5 stars

“My Wife and I spent two nights here for our 1 year wedding anniversary trip. It was a great stay. Good HVAC, comfortable beds, good entertainment, great complementary breakfast. Good bang for your buck, would highly recommend. The location is great as well, right at Dollywood and in the middle of Pigeon Forge, but off the main road enough to stay quaint. Gatlinburg is less than 20 minutes away which is also great. Would recommend.” — Trevan R., 5 stars

“Amazing staff beautiful rooms the breakfast is always amazing, great location, easy access amazing front desk clerk .” — craftsman208, 5 stars

"This is one of the nicest if not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was spacious and clean, well stocked with plenty of good quality products. The buffet is fresh and well maintained and the staff is friendly and they make you feel like you're welcome. They have 2 beautiful pools and gorgeous lobbies with televisions and fireplaces and cozy chairs. Its just all you can hope for. The beds were very comfortable too, usually I don't sleep well in hotel beds I have a very bad back and spinal issues but I slept well. Do I recommend this Hotel???YES!!!! All thumbs up for these people for going the extra mile..and caring about their customers."

"My wife and I decided to stay here for one night as a great away. After one hour, we had gone down to the desk and reserved a second night. The room was very clean, the room offered a fireplace, and even though the property sits off the main road, we found it to be convenient to everything. It is clear that when there remodeled this hotel, they did a great job."

"Typical Hampton, everything clean and nice. Sraff friendly and on time. Very satisfied however, stay off of the grassy islands around the parking lot! People do not clean up behind their animals and it is everywhere. Hard to step and not miss it, thus the four star."
