Guests really like this place, ranking it #28 out of 117 hotels in Pigeon Forge with a solid 4.3 rating on TripAdvisor. The in-room hot tubs are a big reason why. Each suite comes with a personal Jacuzzi that lets you unwind without walking to a shared pool or spa area. You can soak away muscle aches from hiking or just enjoy a glass of wine while jets massage your back.
Beyond the hot tubs, the hotel offers solid basics like free parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast. It’s close to Dollywood and other Pigeon Forge attractions. But let’s be honest - the in-room Jacuzzi is the real star here. If you want a hotel where relaxation means having your own private hot tub, this Best Western delivers exactly what you need.

What guests are saying about Best Western Plaza Inn:
"Great location in reference to Dollywood and what I now believe is a BIG BIG Factor, was it's far enough in the opposite direction of where all the traffic builds up for the major tourist trap which is further down the road. The property is very well kept and love how spread out the buildings are. We ended up getting our room where there is an indoor swimming pool area. At first walking into the building it felt like a sauna. It was a good thing.. especially since it's in the winter time so coming in from the cold air outside, it felt warm. If you wear glasses, be prepared for fogged up glasses. But it was fine afterwards. The inside was humid so it had lots of moisture on the walkway and stairs. The room was very big and spacious. I got the king bed w/ fireplace. Bed was comfortable but not a fan of the big firm pillows. Not a soft one in the bunch. My only con was, it had an adjoining room. The other party that was in the other room was loud and we could hear their conversation through the door. I think the indoor pool was popular as there was alot of ppl swimming after 10pm and you could hear them as it echoed as they laughed and screamed. And there was free breakfast..eggs, sausage, biscuit and grave and waffles, cereal and juices.. All in all it was a good choice. I'd stay there again."

We had the family suite with one king bed and a separate bedroom with two queen beds and it's separate bathroom. Room also came with dishwasher, refrigerator and sink. Very very very nice for the price so it was a good value. Staff was very friendly and they have an indoor heated pool with hot tub which the kids loved. Housekeeping clean the room each night and turn down the beds. Highly recommend This hotel especially for its location in cleanliness"
