“I have reported this facility to the health department and I really do hope that they do their due diligence as well as the third party organizations that partner with this place upon arrival I Witness people smashing pills and smoking out of a crack pipe the pool had green algae and black fungus growing around it I requested to look at a room prior to accepting my reservation for two rooms that I booked back in January for the 7 days over the 4th of July it was an absolute nightmare as soon as I pulled back the sheets I observed Blood on the pillow bed bugs on the sheets and pillow I proceeded to pull the sheets completely off to find the motherhood of bed bugs I brought this to their attention and they did not seem bothered at all in fact they told me okay do you whatever I then proceeded to fight with the agency to get a full refund which I have yet to even receive and still in dispute I had to threaten the cops for him to unlock the door and talk to the third party facility as he was refusing to even pick up the phone this place is horrible and needs to be shut down and not reopened until a deep investigation and deep clean and possibly new ownership is taken place please do your due diligence don’t look at the pretty pictures they show you on the website and just click a button make sure that you look at reviews and deep dive because obviously these third-party companies aren’t doing their due diligence either very disappointed” — cassondra S., 1 star

“I checked in to the hotel the afternoon of October 1st only to discover later in the early evening that the room (#120) had bed bugs. See attached photos. I checked out that evening expecting a full refund because of the bed bugs and was told I would receive a refund in 3-8 days. The hotel charged me for a night even though I was only there for less than 6 hours and then to top that, they charged more than the daily rate I was quoted. That’s right, they charged me more because their hotel room had bed bugs! Why am I paying for them to sanitize their rooms? Why wasn’t I given a full refund? I’ve asked that question to the hotel in two emails and have yet to receive a response. And why was I charged a higher daily rate of $66.16, when I was quoted a daily rate of $61.99? Again, no response from the hotel to these questions. Do not stay at this hotel, ever!” — R W., 1 star

“One on the worst places I have ever experienced. The front desk clerk was rude and mean. Nothing was as it advertised. When asked about the pool , it was green and unkempt, he told me it was winter time and it was almost 89 o. Told me if I dint like it leave but no refund! ATM broken . You could tell the person at the front desk was not American he and his Family lived there. You would think they would take better care of their home. The bathroom door would no close . No walking lights had to move our stuff in the dark. Trash sitting at trash cans and floor. I believe that mold was in the air-conditioner. I coughed days after leaving.
