“Wonderful! I cannot thank Lorrie enough for accommodating us. I came here on business and brought along my Daughter and her two girlfriends who are all new college graduates. I requested 2 queen beds upon booking but when we arrived they only had a King room. That wasn’t going to accommodate us so Korrie spoke with her manager and explained the situation. She came back with the BEST news that she was able to get us a room with two queen beds. I am so grateful for her! She went out of her way to help us. She was friendly and smiled the whole time she checked us in. She was just as relieved as we were. She was such a doll. Thank you Another great employee was Brendan! He is the consierge. He was helping us figure out which venues would be best for our group. He also told us about the trolley and some additional discounts if we bok through him. O had a whole list of fun things to do before o even got to me room. I wish o took notes but we will find him throughout the trip for the reminders.
