"We sheltered there during the ice storm and the staff could not have been better. They were so welcoming, kind, patient and accommodating. I was so impressed with how they all managed to take great care of us when they likely were stuck there, short staffer and did not have what they needed. We are so grateful! Loved the indoor pool and how accommodating they were with our dog."

View on Google"We stayed one night at the hotel as a stop over before our adventure, and went to breakfast at the Old Hickory. Our server Shenouda was amazing. He checked on us multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. His attentive service made the experience so much better. On top of this, he was the only server waiting on multiple tables at the same time and he did not skip a beat. Great ambience and service!!"
