What Guests Are Saying

“We had been looking forward to staying here since we booked it last year and the stay did not disappoint!! We stayed here for 4 nights, the location is excellent right next to Country Music Hall of Fame, walking distance to Broadway and The Gulch. Room was a great size with lots of room and a sofa for seating area in addition to the desk. The room was clean, had everything we needed I especially appreciated the coffee machine in room and reception were very kind and accommodating when I asked one evening for a few extra pods. The bed was comfortable we slept well!! All the staff we encountered always greeted us with a friendly hello. The bar staff made you feel relaxed, welcome and at home which was really nice. I would definitely recommend staying here and we look forward to next time we are in Nashville.” — Lisa W., 5 stars

"This hotel in Nashville is awesome! The staff are super nice and efficient, and they really care about making sure guests have a good time. It's clear they have great management. My room was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the pillows were just right. Plus, it was so quiet – no hallway or next-door noise, which was perfect for sleeping."

"The hotel is centrally located in Nashville's Broadway district so it was very convenient to all of the downtown activities. The rooms were very clean & comfortable with a great view of the city. The best thing about our entire stay was the incredible service of the staff. Every exclusive with them was very pleasant and helpful. It made our 5 day stay an absolute joy. Maddie at the counter was very friendly & pleasant. She worked very hard to make all of our arrangements very workable. John at the service desk was incredibly friendly and very attentive to all of our needs and have us very valuable info that made our activities in Nashville fun and memorable. I definite 10/10 which i rarely give anywhere. The valet parking seemed high at first but comparable to all the other downtown parking. The valet staff were delightful and efficient in making our many daily trips very simple to accomplish."

"The Omni Nashville is a beautiful hotel with a very elegant atmosphere. The lobby is spacious and glam, with cozy seating areas and a warm fireplace, a perfect place to relax or have a drink. The bar area is lively yet comfortable, ideal for unwinding after a long day of touring the city. The location is perfectly located within walking distance to the Country Hall of Fame and other great sites to see! I appreciated the complimentary cold water bottles at the front desk given throughout our stay. The valet team was also outstanding, even with a massive wedding going on, causing a really long line of cars. They were professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. They prioritized hotel guests and helped us quickly when we were in a time crunch. Our room was comfortable and had a nice view, but I was surprised to see a traditional shower curtain instead of a glass enclosure, especially at over $600 a night. For a 5-star property with Omni’s reputation, I would expect more updated bathroom features to match the luxury standard elsewhere in the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service and atmosphere. I'm just hoping to see some room upgrades soon to make it truly 5-star across the board."
