What Guests Are Saying

“I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Vanderbilt while in town for my 25th high school reunion, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience—specifically because of Deon and Micah. From the moment I arrived, both of them went completely above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during such a special, busy weekend. Their hospitality, warmth, and professionalism truly set a new standard for customer service. On top of the fantastic service, my room was exceptionally clean—spotless, comfortable, and a welcoming retreat to come back to each night. It’s rare to find a team that pays such close attention to both the big details and the small ones, but Deon and Micah nailed it. They made an already memorable milestone weekend even better. Management, please give Deon and Micah the recognition they deserve! I will definitely be back.” — Meander584455, 5 stars

“When we arrived, Micah was at the desk waiting and greeted us with a smile. He offered some ideas for things to do and made sure our group was comfortable. His customer service was top tier!! Our rooms were clean quiet and the hotel location was in a great location.” — Montrice R., 5 stars

“Nakita Lynue went above and beyond her valet service by helping my family during a late night illness. Her knowledge of the surrounding area coupled with safety allowed me to obtain proper medicinal care.” — Robert B., 5 stars

"Room was nice very and clean. Noise level on front side is high. Coffee in rooms was only decaf no creamer available. Workout equipment was not working but could have been a nice spot for a quick workout. Did not take advantage of pool. Front desk employees were not overtly friendly. Did not greet people entering when they were doing nothing.. probably age related?"

"I want to leave a good positive review about Vanderbilt Hilton Garden. My son and I stayed for a game and it was nice, clean and convenient to more area we checked out. "It was a great hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Parking was expensive, I thought. But it probably is everywhere downtown. I wanted to order breakfast to eat in my room but was notified you have to go down to the restaurant and get food there. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and I recommend. The location was perfect, right down town."
