"We live only 45 minutes away, so never would’ve planned on a visit to this hotel if it wasn’t for losing power in an ice storm. This hotel was the closest hotel with vacancy that could accommodate my family, and it was EXCELLENT. The hotel was full of families like us who didn’t plan on a visit and I would assume the hotel wasn’t prepared for such a crowd, but they handled it amazingly. Everyone was so nice and kind, it was clean, breakfast was great, and it was just an all around great experience. Also, the indoor pool was much larger than a normal hotel indoor pool—it was a hit. Walkable to lots of stores and restaurants. It was a highlight of what was otherwise a stressful experience. Thanks so much to all the staff! What a great hotel!"
