What Guests Are Saying

“I wouldn’t call this hotel “swank” but my husband and I were impressed by the professional staff, clean room; The toiletry amenities were free of chemicals and parabens and for once in a hotel, I felt comfortable using the soap and shampoo. The room was listed as having a “jetted tub” and we weren’t sure if it would be some one-person old tub with jets buried in the bathroom. It was a gorgeous, deep white tub and had actual jets (not the big uncomfortable whirlpool jets). There was an overfill area for excess water, and the jets were calming bubbles. Breakfast was beyond acceptable with sausages, waffles, premade little cheese omelets, pastries and fruit. Their coffee was decent. There was a very nice pool and hot tub in the spa room, and the hotel was laid out conveniently.” — Sarah P., 5 stars

“Road trip, stop #5 - This Hampton Inn is located in a convenient location right off the main street. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean! Air conditioner worked well. The hotel staff was very pleasant and always ready to help. The breakfast area was welcoming and had plenty of hot and cold food available. We checked out and found our car battery was dead! The maintenance staff was amazing and jumped our car for us without any hassle. Highly recommend this hotel. There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant a very short walk across the parking lot for convenience.” — Marianne W., 5 stars

“We stayed here overnight while we were traveling. I really wish the hotel at our destination was as nice as this one. Our room was clean. Really clean. It looked spotless and smelled clean. Our room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. We slept so well. The room was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent. The Hilton app made our stay so easy. I highly recommend this hotel.” — C.K., 5 stars

"Listen up Hilton Worldwide; In the company that I operate, the phrase we use for an employee like Kirsti is “critical asset”. To all of you business owners, you know who your critical assets are … and you do whatever you have to do in order to keep them happy, healthy, and motivated. Because these type of employees are game changers. They facilitate the operation and growth of your business as though it were their own. Do you hear me “Hilton Worldwide”? Your training had nothing to do with this individual’s performance. This kind of attention to detail & conscientious cannot be taught or replicated … it’s a piece of the fiber of the individual. And these individuals should be paid well, given bonuses, and acknowledged for their exceptional performance throughout the entire year. Tragically, especially in the hospitality field - I’ve noticed that they’re a dying breed. Largely because most “hotel chains” pay their employees as little as possible. I digress … Thank you everyone at The Hampton Inn - Morristown, TN (Winners Circle Rd.) Excellent staff = Excellent stay."

"We stay in Hampton Inns often and I never leave reviews but this one was exceptional. All the staff we came in contact with was friendly, specifically the cleaning staff and the gentleman taking care of the breakfast bar. We have two young girls and they interacted with them and made them smile. Even the voices over the walkies sounded extra sweet and friendly. Probably my favorite Hampton Inn location to date."
