“Rooms need to be updated. Walk-in Shower has mold on ceiling also base caulking as well !!! Chair in room had spots in seat didn’t use it !!!. Not at all what you expect from Hampton Inn & Suites . Stayed at better Hampton Inn first time at its Suites and was disappointed with it’s quality and cleanliness. Staff has great attitude towards its customers four star treatment. “Average stay, average to below average front desk customer service. Lobby was nice and expansive, room was acceptable but showing some wear. I couldn’t keep the fitted sheet on, too small? Breakfast workers were nice and attentive. Food was good but not the selection that I had hoped for. In summary, I like Hampton inn and this one just wasn’t as good as normal.
