“The hotel was great. Awesome location. Breakfast served everyday and was excellent. Lots of choices. The focus of this review was the two guided trips to Graceland and Memphis musical heritage. Our guide was Austin. He is a transplant to Memphis but don’t kid yourself he is a true Memphis music man. His tours were insightful entertaining and full of culture He offered insights into Graceland. Sun records and stax records company. He was witty and kept your insight. He was a great tour guide. Do him a favor don’t always be the last one to get on the bus Cape cod guy” — friste822, 5 stars
“Without a doubt this is the best place to stay for an event at the Fed Ex Center. We had awesome service from the start with valet parking by Ifram and check in with Adi. Our room was quiet and very clean with nice amenities. Not always the case near Beale Street. We will definitely stay here again.” — BluesDoctor, 5 stars
“Girls road trip 2026 was great to stop here on our way to Nashville. Angel was super sweet checking on us and making sure the bar served us great espresso martinis! Thanks Angel and crew for making us feel special!” — Lynn E., 5 stars

View on Google"My mom and I recently stayed at the Westin on Beale St in Memphis on Sunday- Monday. I felt it was necessary to leave a review concerning my experience with the staff during this time. We were particularly impressed with the attentiveness of the front desk staff, the immaculate condition of the room, the quality of the food at the restaurant, the efficiency of the concierge. Specifically, the rock star: Manager Jaylon, as well as Cynthia and Trivia at the front desk, who provided outstanding assistance with patience and attentiveness during my check-in process. For more context, we were supposed to fly in on Saturday and stay in the a particular suite for the whole stay. Unfortunately, due to consistent flight delays, we were unable to arrive in Memphis until Sunday. I let them know that I was canceling the original reservation to reflect the 1-night stay, but later determined that, due to the time we'd arrive, I should have kept it as it was. I tried to rebook the original, but due to multiple local events, the site was booked. I spoke to Jaylon, and he said to book one night and he'd see what he could do, Especially since the suite has to be requested 48 hours in advance. Kim, they handled our request promptly and were able to secure the room for us with an early check-in. There was no complaint, just a desire to help. The overall experience was outstanding, and your staff's professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to ensuring our comfort truly stood out. This level of service contributed significantly to our wonderful stay and created cherished memories in Memphis. Thank you once again for making our visit so memorable. We are excited to return to your hotel in the future."
