What Guests Are Saying

“We LOVED our time at The Guest House & can’t wait to return! The atmosphere was amazing! Everyone was friendly & felt like apart of our family- From the valet attendant, bellhop, & shuttle driver to the wait staff & bartender. I didn’t get everyone’s name but Bobbie the Bartender & Jamal at EP’s were some of our favorites. The location was perfect for those wanting to visit Graceland & prefer a family friendly place. We walked throughout & around the hotel, and enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard, PB&J Time, & the bands in the evenings. Our room was spacious, clean & cozy. Our daughter’s couldn’t wait to return to our room throughout the day.” — Jennifer L., 5 stars

“Our experience at the guesthouse resort was truly one of a kind. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, just plain perfect. Designed completely in Elvis fashion. The rooms were designed for a king very clean, but economical. Service from the front door until the exit was fantastic and we truly loved the movies in the theater. Can’t say enough about how terrific our experience has been!” — Helen J., 5 stars

“We love the Guesthouse- it’s beautiful. The stay is always amazing and the staff is always so kind and helpful. We love Elvis and just absolutely love the proximity to the property and the perks. I do think it’s a bit pricey for the property to be in some ill-repair (it’s only 10 years old).” — Samantha V., 5 stars

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were happy to be able to check in a little early without any problems. The room was beautiful with a nice view of the courtyard. It was easy to find as we were going to Graceland and the hotel is within walking distance. Everything was clean and beautiful with Christmas decorations on display all around. Would highly recommend staying here even without the Graceland visit as there are plenty of things to do and see...several eating places, beautiful courtyard, entertainment including live performers and free movies all without leaving the hotel."

"My sister was in the hospital 90 days prior to our trip. She is 75 years old as I was leaving our visit in the hospital….I told her if she listened to the doctors ate her food exercised….. We would go to Graceland at Christmas. She could barely move her legs at that point. We made the trip to Graceland and it was challengingfor her to get around, but the staff at the information desk were so helpful, we borrowed a wheelchair that allowed us to have handicap access for the transportation back-and-forth to the house and across the street. Marcus made our breakfast time! There is so much I could say about our Graceland experience and I don’t usually fill these things out, but your staff helped make our trip everything that we wanted it to be. They treated us with smiles with joy whether they were at their stations at work or walking in the hallways. To whomever is hiring…. They’re doing an excellent job from the bus drivers to the front desk the people at Graceland and Across The Street excellent job thank you so much. PS …The entertainment at the end of the day at The Guesthouse with Brad was so much fun. We went down to Beal Street to hear he and his band play on Wednesday night. Thanks again."

"Great hotel, great people! I couldn’t have asked for better attention and service. My daughter missed her flight in Memphis and needed a place to stay overnight. The manager (Tricia) approved her check in because of age and took great care of her. My daughter felt safe, welcomed by all members of the team who knew she was coming and was able to eat and relax in a beautiful room after a stressful day. I hope to visit soon!"
