What Guests Are Saying

“This is a great Hilton Garden Inn! Very up to date and well managed property. Rooms are very nice and breakfast was awesome! Employees were very friendly and accommodating! Was told it is going to be updated but doesn’t need it! Up to date electrical for all your devices!” — deerslayer2012, 5 stars

“This is my family’s favorite hotel to stay at in this area. I also stay here for business. NICOLE, the manager, is the best ever! She always goes above and beyond to accommodate any request. She truly cares for her customers and it shows!” — Julie M., 5 stars

“Our special requests were accommodated and higher tier members perks were somewhat met. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and everything was in order. Staff were professional for the most part. We enjoyed the pool and whirlpool and are hoping it will be just as nice when we return in the future, because lots of hotels seems not to maintain their pools and whirlpools, which results in us not returning. We had breakfast at the restaurant located inside the hotel and the food was okay. The pastries were terrible and sausage patties could not be cut even with the steak knife. Everything else was fine. I recommend to get your own coffee in the lobby, because one they served us was cold, so we ended up getting our own in the lobby and It was really good and hot. Our waitress was polite. but other ladies working at the restaurant had a bad attitude and were borderline rude. The negatives were outshined by the positives during our stay and we would definitely return.” — USAtraveler365, 4 stars

"Absolutely wonderful flying visit to Knoxville to meet friends. Flew in from England and after a horrible trip, was welcomed by the wonderful Jodie who went out of her way to make me welcome and comfortable at 3am. 12/20/2025 Many thanks also to the gentleman on the morning shift, following, the chef and the young lady serving at breakfast and not forgetting Ziggy who checked me out and looked after my bags while I had a photoshoot with the amazing Mr and Mrs Claus. Thank you all so much for making my arrive to the United States more welcoming than I could have imagined."
