What Guests Are Saying

“We stayed for one night. Our stay was perfect. We payed a little more and booked a room with a jacuzzi, since hotel doesn’t have a hot tub ( just a pool ). Room was clean, bed comfortable and everything was in perfect working order. Customer service was literally outstanding during this stay. All the staff were helpful & knowledgeable. I love how they are able to be friendly and at the same time laid back and professional. And I mean everyone, including front desk staff, maids and breakfast lady. Breakfast was typical for the brand and was well managed. Hotel is located in a quiet area.” — USAtraveler365, 5 stars

“Great experience. After driving over 13 hours, we landed here and were very happy. We ended up staying longer than planned. The hotel is in a great location, close to local attractions. Easy on and off the highway, and very quiet even though I40 was so close. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good each day and the staff was always friendly and helpful. They recommended Aubrey’s restaurant right across the parking lot, which had great food. Would stay here again. Hope this helps.” — Steve G., 5 stars

“I rarely leave reviews but I was really impressed with this hotel. It was very clean and is sprinkled with little extras like games in the TV room, refrigerator has a freezer, and the pool room had stylish rocking chairs! The staff was also friendly. Nice to find a great place while on a road trip.” — Mcpetals, 5 stars

"Our stay was very good. We were traveling with two kids: 4 yrs and 2 months. King bed studio was spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet, noise proof, and neat. Breakfast was fresh and and the items were just perfect. Every facilities in the building (fitness center, pool, elevator etc) was well maintained and clean. People in the reception were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, it was a perfect stay with family."

"My absolute favorite place to stay on my biweekly trips to Tennessee. Some of the receptionists know me by name. Josh is the best man there. He always makes me feel welcome. Also, their incidentals is only $1. They have one of the best tasting breakfasts in the area. Looking forward to my next visit."

"Hotel was clean but dated. Everything worked as it should. This would be an average review if not for the GREAT customer service from Josh at the front desk. We had an issue fitting all 5 of us in the room that was reserved. That could be an Expedia issue or a me issue. Bottom line, Josh did everything and more to find a fix for us and he succeeded. Our 2 night stay was pleasurable because of Josh's hard work. Thank you Josh, I hope you get a raise soon. PS. Free breakfast in the morning was pretty good as well."
