What Guests Are Saying
“My husband and I stayed at this hotel during our recent visit to Knoxville and would definitely recommend it. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very sweet lady who helped us get checked in and even offered us water and toiletries after learning that the airline we’d flown in on lost our baggage. She was so great about making sure we had everything we needed! Our large room was spacious and clean and quiet! When we first arrived and saw how close we were to the highway, I was worried about the noise but it was honestly a very peaceful stay and traffic noises were never a bother. If I were to offer one criticism, it would be that our pillows were a little flat/lumpy, but overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel.” — Jennifer B., 5 stars
“I needed a place close to the animal emergency hospital after having to travel to Knoxville to bring my “Baby Girl” for emergency diagnostics and surgery. Everyone went out of their way to make an extremely stressful situation comforting. They have a complimentary social hour with a buffet of appetizers and cocktails. While being alone in such a stressful situation the ladies attending the bar/restaurant area went out of their way to make sure I was okay. I especially want to thank Grey for being so nice and understanding the amount of pain I was going through. It gets very crowded and busy during the evening and they are constantly taking orders, making drinks, bringing food all the while being so gracious, attentive and friendly!” — Joni H., 5 stars
“Stayed here for a night on my way through town. It is located in a nice part of town, and there appeared to be a lot of restaurants and businesses nearby. I was in a king suite on the top corner of the hotel. It was well appointed with a mini fridge, coffee maker, upgraded Crabtree and Evelyn bathroom amenities, and even had a goodie bag waiting. The bed was comfortable and I could watch TV from both the bed and the couch. There was a desk/table between the kitchen area and the couch. The bathroom was also large and spacious. The bar downstairs was small but nice. Breakfast in the morning was good as well. Omelette bar and a small hot food buffet. Would stay here again.” — osucaglehead, 5 stars

View on Google"Beautiful hotel and great service. The omeletttes were well made, and the breakfast overall was satisfactory. Staff in the kitchen were handling business, working constantly. They seemed to enjoy their jobs there which is so refreshing to see. The gym was nice, offered water bottles, and equipment top grade. The sauna looked inviting and plan to take advantage of that next time. The firepits outside were a nice addition, especially this time of the year. Even the patio furniture was super comfortable! Overall, it was a positive experience for my husband and I. The hotel room had the TV say a welcome message on the screen. It said "Welcome Roberta", appreciate it, even though my husband is "Roberto". We had a good laugh about that."

We had our annual team meeting in Knoxville and were all impressed by the positive, kind, helpful attitude of every single Embassy team member we interacted with. From the original meeting planning last fall through the event this week it was a smooth, excellent process. The rooms and facility were as good as the team working there as well."
