Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville West

"We typically stay at Hilton hotels and had never stayed at a Drury Inn before. We had a great experience. So great that I had to leave a review, which isn't something I typically do. The place was comfortable, the room spotless, and all the staff - from the front desk to the gentleman cleaning the rooms - were incredibly friendly. The staff alone made it a notable experience. This is the Chick-fil-A of hotels - run with excellence and a level of hospitality I don't often see these days."

"Front desk personnel were great during making reservations. Rooms are very clean and well appointed. All amenities, hot tub, pool, excersize equipment and even laundry were in good working order. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in this class of hotel. Turn down snack and drinks are an amazing bonus I've only found in this hotel franchise. Highly recommended."

"This was one of the most clean hotels I've seen in a long time! There is such a welcoming vibe when you walk in, and you can tell rigth away that management cares about this place and their customers. The pool was great, the rooms were comfortable, the free dinner, breakfast... it all made our stay feel so valuable. My family love the popcorn in the lobby too! Highly recommend."
