What Guests Are Saying
“We stayed in a king room - 425. The hotel has 7 floors and although this wasn’t the top floor, it ended up being a quiet room. The room is large with a separate living area and kitchen area with big counter. Standard microwave, fridge (no freezer) and coffee maker. Bathroom has soap/shampoo on wall, decent counter space and good hot water and shower pressure. The bedroom is separate with the thermostat on the wall. In the evening they have a happy hour with up to 3 drinks per person. Really good food - we didn’t have to go out for dinner. The breakfast was also good. Nice using regular plates and silverware. The only issue we had was with the room key, but that was resolved quickly. The staff is very friendly. We would definitely stay here when traveling in the area again!” — 243DLP, 5 stars
“I needed an ADA shower for my husband and the Drury Inn was able to provide one. The room is set up with a conference room and table as you enter. This is followed by a beautiful bathroom and separate bedroom. The bedroom did not have a chair for relaxing, Nick at the front desk was able to find a chair and delivered it to our room. Great customer service! While trying to get my husband out of the room in his transport chair one of the housekeeping gentleman came and helped me. The breakfast and coffee were lovely. Highly recommend” — Vicki C., 5 stars
“The facilities at this hotel were excellent with customer service to match! Our room was immaculately clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast room is large, well maintained with a variety of options that were fresh and hot. From the moment that we checked in until the moment that we checked out, the staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The price point for this hotel is extremely reasonable. This is a great choice when you are visiting Knoxville! Highly recommend!” — HHLVR, 5 stars

What guests are saying about Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville West.
"We typically stay at Hilton hotels and had never stayed at a Drury Inn before. We had a great experience. So great that I had to leave a review, which isn't something I typically do. The place was comfortable, the room spotless, and all the staff - from the front desk to the gentleman cleaning the rooms - were incredibly friendly. The staff alone made it a notable experience. This is the Chick-fil-A of hotels - run with excellence and a level of hospitality I don't often see these days."

All amenities, hot tub, pool, excersize equipment and even laundry were in good working order. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in this class of hotel. Turn down snack and drinks are an amazing bonus I've only found in this hotel franchise. Highly recommended."

There is such a welcoming vibe when you walk in, and you can tell rigth away that management cares about this place and their customers. The pool was great, the rooms were comfortable, the free dinner, breakfast... it all made our stay feel so valuable. My family love the popcorn in the lobby too! Highly recommend."
