What Guests Are Saying
“This hotel does everything right. It’s very clean, great location, comfy bed, great breakfast, nice indoor pool, and friendly staff. It could use some updates here and there, but it’s still great! We will definitely return for our next trip to Knoxville.” — Carol H., 5 stars
“We stayed in Room 506, which turned out to be a handicapped-accessible room (though we didn’t need that feature). The room was a good size with a large bathroom. It even had a chair in the bathroom that was handy for holding towels and other things. The room location was convenient, close to the elevator, and the view from the 5th floor was nice. The room itself was a very good value. Everything worked well. Breakfast was hot and offered the usual items like egg patties, two types of sausage, biscuits, bagels, bread, cereal, a waffle maker, juices, and more. We also enjoyed the complimentary cookies available in the lobby. The one negative is that there was nowhere to hang clothes. The closet had a full shelf right in the middle of the vertical space, and there was no hanging bar at all. An ironing board was tucked diagonally below the shelf.” — Linja, 4 stars
“The owners of the hotel are very kind and welcoming. Front desk not so much. The hotel was safe our room was clean. The business next to us had a flood and caused pipes in the area to back up. We didn’t any water in our room or entire hotel. Was not their fault but made the stay a little un comfortable…For the price I would definitely stay again.” — Paradise03814714398, 4 stars

Guest reviews
What guests are saying about Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Knoxville.
"When I read many of the reviews about this hotel, I was a little worried about the cleanliness, etc. The room turned out to be pretty nice, and very clean! The decor is a bit dated, however, from my understanding another company is taking over soon so I am thinking the rooms may be upgraded. This hotel is pet friendly and was pretty quiet. The staff was friendly and no matter what time of day it was we were always greeted or if we needed anything they were happy to get it for us The complimentary breakfast was ok and there was a decent variety."
