What Guests Are Saying

“We have stayed at this location many times and it has always been a good experience. Our room is clean, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant/bar that serves decent food. This stay was no different from the others. Except we were in room 212. If you are assigned this room I would recommend asking for a change. The reason is that this room is adjacent to the elevator shaft. The elevator was very noisy. And the headboard of beds are against same wall as shaft. You can actually hear the elevator mechanics every time it moves up and down. Sounded like someone rolling a bowling ball across a wooden floor.” — Eggbert10, 5 stars

“Very nice hotel and very comfortable. We had been to the area before and wanted to go back and the hotel could not have been in a better location. As IHG Platinum members, we were upgraded to a suite. After being on a four week facation, that was very apreciated.” — Charles T., 5 stars

“Located in the heart of Johnson City. Fantastic staff from top to bottom. Rooms are clean, modern and offered at a great rate. I’ve stayed there many times, and always blown away by the customer service and hospitality. Beautiful pool as well. 5/5 stars” — Mark L., 5 stars

"Izzy in the front desk is really helpful. She deserves a raise and a promotion immediately!!! Rooms could take an upgrade through. Air was on since I checked in. Tried to have maintenance turn it to automatic air. The switch was turned to auto, air did not shut off. I could not imagine their utility bill. I only had my usb charger for my phone. There was no usb outlet anywhere in the room. It’s 2025, keep up with the tech."
