What Guests Are Saying

“We spent one night while traveling and had a nice first floor room with a king bed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious with lots of access to outlets and Wi-Fi ports. I was surprised that they offered a free hot breakfast. The breakfast room was clean and well stocked. I had a blueberry bagel with cream cheese and my husband had a bowl of cereal. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.” — Cgeck, 5 stars

“We had reservations in another motel in Jackson, and arrived to a room with a broken toilet, and were told they had no other rooms. We started looking elsewhere and when we checked this Red Roof Inn, Mandy went above and beyond to help meet our needs. Great Value. Comfortable.” — Suzanne N., 5 stars

“I’m glad we gave this motel another chance. The last time we stayed here was at the end of the pandemic, and we didn’t have a very good experience. Because we travel with our dog, and we had enough points for a free night, we decided to give it another try. The room was clean, and the location is good for our driving trip from Dallas to the North East. There are lots of restaurants nearby. This time, they even had a pretty decent breakfast. The lobby was open, and the check-in and out went well. There were some sketchy people in the parking lot, and some loud partiers at night. But there were other guests with pets staying in the front of the hotel, and no one bothered us. If you’re picky then spend more money and stay somewhere else. Otherwise, it’s an okay place to spend the night on a road trip.” — Diane W., 4 stars

"Stayed here with my family and dogs while we were moving cross country. This is one of the better Red Roofs we've stayed in especially for the price. The rooms were extremely clean, it was the first night of our trip where we actually felt comfortable enough to get a legit good night's sleep."

"Visited this Red Roof Inn on 9/25, 9/28 and 10/2 for one nighters. Initially was assigned room #110 by David at the front desk. He’s professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and engages in conversation. This room was clean with a comfortable king bed and the amenities functioned well. A few TV channels weren’t as clear as most. Second room #101 wasn’t as attractive as the first room, so on my 3rd visit I requested room #110 again and it was provided by Mrs. Elizabeth M. She was friendly, charming, intelligent while also engaging and obviously accommodating. Housekeeping led by Gladys worked well. She always seemed to be on the property supervising, while being friendly and doing her duties. Room costs were appealing and within my budget. Breakfast is very simple, but enough to start the day. Only other negativity would be some noises by inconsiderate patrons early in the morning hours during my last two stays. Cannot hold this against the hotel cause they can’t control irresponsible circumstances. Fortunately the disturbances were short lived. I would finally suggest a bit more care around the premises, like dealing with discarded cigarette butts, in order to make the outside esthetics more pleasant. Would definitely return."

"My family and I were really impressed with this place in our first visit. Great pricing, nice rooms, all the necessary items if you want to have your food in the room. They have breakfast included which is rare in this type of motels. Red Roof in is my new place to go when traveling hoping they're all the same as the one in Jackson TN. Regards to the people at the front desk, they were friendly and helpful. Recommended."
