“First time here and I had the best experience at St. Somewhere Spa! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional and everyone made me feel welcomed and cared for. I went for my birthday, and they truly made it special. My facial was incredibly relaxing, and Miss Stacey was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She even gave me thoughtful gifts for my birthday, which made the experience even more memorable. I also loved the skincare products they used — they were very gentle on my skin and didn’t cause any irritation at all. I also received a body massage from Miss Leah, and she was amazing. She really listened to my requests and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. She knew exactly how much pressure to apply for deep tissue areas without making it painful, and I appreciated how attentive she was with details like keeping the hot stones warm and soothing instead of too hot on the skin. “The resort is beautiful and there are so many amenities! We like this one better than the one in Pigeon Forge because it is not so spread out that you have to ride a shuttle to get to the couple of restaurants that are there. Our room was so nice and large, and the employees were all very helpful and friendly. The complaint we had was the pool was not clean on Sunday morning so we could not swim in it. Also, I don’t really understand why there was a separate parking fee since we’re staying at that hotel. The parking should be free. Another surprise was the $5.00 charge for room service delivery and there is a tip already added on that tab.” — peggy, 5 stars

The rooms are clean and spacious (get the pool facing room…it will not disappoint), the showers are lovely, the staff is friendly and accommodating (Millie at the front desk is great and so are the food service team, cleaning team, and maintenance team), the food is delicious (the paradise burger melts in your mouth), the bar is welcoming (James, Samantha, and the servers are kind and helpful), and the St. Somewhere Spa is top-notch (book early for a mani/pedi and have Jen or Stacey take care of your tired hands and feet)!” — happyhollar, 5 stars
