What Guests Are Saying
“First time here and I had the best experience at St. Somewhere Spa! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional and everyone made me feel welcomed and cared for. I went for my birthday, and they truly made it special. My facial was incredibly relaxing, and Miss Stacey was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She even gave me thoughtful gifts for my birthday, which made the experience even more memorable. I also loved the skincare products they used — they were very gentle on my skin and didn’t cause any irritation at all. I also received a body massage from Miss Leah, and she was amazing. She really listened to my requests and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. She knew exactly how much pressure to apply for deep tissue areas without making it painful, and I appreciated how attentive she was with details like keeping the hot stones warm and soothing instead of too hot on the skin. Her professionalism and care made the massage feel relaxing and personalized. Overall, this spa exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere, customer service, and treatments were all amazing. I highly recommend St. Somewhere Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing experience!” — Roving08360940189, 5 stars
“The resort is beautiful and there are so many amenities! We like this one better than the one in Pigeon Forge because it is not so spread out that you have to ride a shuttle to get to the couple of restaurants that are there. Our room was so nice and large, and the employees were all very helpful and friendly. The complaint we had was the pool was not clean on Sunday morning so we could not swim in it. Also, I don’t really understand why there was a separate parking fee since we’re staying at that hotel. The parking should be free. Another surprise was the $5.00 charge for room service delivery and there is a tip already added on that tab.” — peggy, 5 stars
“We love this place! The rooms are clean and spacious (get the pool facing room…it will not disappoint), the showers are lovely, the staff is friendly and accommodating (Millie at the front desk is great and so are the food service team, cleaning team, and maintenance team), the food is delicious (the paradise burger melts in your mouth), the bar is welcoming (James, Samantha, and the servers are kind and helpful), and the St. Somewhere Spa is top-notch (book early for a mani/pedi and have Jen or Stacey take care of your tired hands and feet)!” — happyhollar, 5 stars

View on Google"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our overall experience. The location was outstanding, and the property was beautiful, well maintained, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious and inviting, and the staff throughout the hotel was professional, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome from start to finish, specially Ilker at the restaurant was always very nice. The only downside during our stay was the housekeeping service. While the bed was made daily and towels were replaced, the room was not vacuumed, the bed was not made thoroughly, and the bathroom was not cleaned during our stay. Despite this, our experience was still very positive, and we would recommend this hotel. With some improvement in housekeeping consistency, the stay would be truly flawless. We would gladly consider returning in the future."

View on Google"Wow, clean, friendly, great location, and super accommodating! Went for a quick get away before Christmas and they had chocolates and berries and long stem roses available for us. There was margaritas there. The restaurant and bar down stairs with the best ranch fries ever! Also had the spa right there! My only complaint is the toilet paper- why have the absolute cheapest toilet paper??? They have great robes, thick luxury towels and washclothes, great shampoo and conditioner with body wash, hand soap and lotion, then why with the worst toilet paper known to man??? I mean single ply your fingers go thru and it rips all over your parts! We will for sure come back with our own toilet paper! They have lots for the kids to do but its not just a family friendly vaca we were on a romantic getaway and enjoyed it! It was quiet in our room, there pools and hot tubs, swinging couch or porch swing, a little shopping place for the forgotten items. A great size fridge that actually works well! Lots of fire places to provide a comfy cozy mood and warm you up on cold days. Seriously a beautiful coastal feel throughout."
