What Guests Are Saying

“We have been going to this Hotel since it opened in 2009 - We go four times a year and stay a week so we have the experience and knowledge to make a comment - We just got back and my focus today is on the restaurant - There is a gentlemen who greets you when you walk up for breakfast (middle age heavy set) - He asks for your name and room number and on this trip, three times, told us to get a cup of coffee and wait until our names are called for seating - All three times the seating area was near empty with only five couples seated and eating yet the room has seating for 18 tables - All three times “after” he walked away the waitress came over and seated us! We travel all over the country and always stay with Hilton as my Honors record would show - This man has a problem! Is he trying to add some non existent flair to the room? If there is a waitress problem, that is not my problem and in no way should we be treated in this manner - We stayed six nights and ate breakfast at other restaurants four mornings because of the way we were treated - We love the hotel and other staff but this man is running people off by his rude treatment - We paid $2300 to be treated like this?” — BoxCarWilly73, 5 stars

“We love this hotel. Its proximity is perfect for walking around Gatlinburg. We used it as a base to do daily treks to Smoky Mountain National Park. You must have a car for that-Ubers/Lyfts are not an option during spring, summer and fall. Our room was very clean and 3 employees really rose to the top and provided stellar Hilton Hospitality. They are Norma and Samantha (they work the restaurant) and Brina (she works the front desk). Everyone was so sweet. We can’t wait for our next trip to stay there!” — Salsa4eva, 5 stars

“A great hotel with great service personnel. The restaurant at happy hour is a great value with very reasonable happy hour prices. The hamburgers were as good as any I have had. The waitress was helpful and very pleasant.” — elgringito, 5 stars

"Last minute, we decided to spend one evening in Gatlinburg after 30 years absence. We visited the town often in the 80's and 90's, but not since then. This hotel is "new" to us. We arrived late and left after breakfast. We got a great room with a fireplace, but did not use it. Our view of the mountains the next morning was stunningly beautiful-even though we were at the back of the hotel overlooking the parking lot. No complaints there. The lobby is inviting and comfortable on a cold, rainy November evening. Morning breakfast looks great, but we decided to visit our old haunt, the pancake house. The hotel is within walking distance of most everything in Gatlinburg. Pet fee was $75. With the crushing traffic and crowds now in Gatlinburg, it is likely we will never return, but this hotel was a welcome "port in the storm" after driving 1,500+ miles on a cold and rainy November evening."

"I agonized over giving it a 4 ( only because of a very few deferred maintenance issues ) but it’s closer to a 5 than 4. Front desk was not there when we arrived but it was worth the wait to meet BRINA. She is so caring and friendly and helpful to all. And always upbeat too. Samantha at the bar / restaurant served us each night and was also a delight. The location is ideal to be within walking distance of most everything, BUT not right IN the hustle and bustle of downtown. Very very clean property inside and out. Our accommodations included a nice balcony overlooking the hot tub and fireplace and the mountains beyond. Excellent hot tub opens early as does the indoor pool and well equipped workout gym. It’s critical, health wise for me to have a pool and / or hot tub when I travel ; fantastic here. Bedding and mattress and towels were all comfy and bathroom amenities are top notch. Pleasant to relax on the balcony as well. Surprisingly good grub at the bar . And the dessert was ridiculously delicious and so filling too. Didn’t have the breakfast buffet but made to order eggs on Ala Carte menu hit the spot just right. Got to meet Kevin W and the AGM the last day. They and all staff always made us feel very comfortable and welcome; we look forward to coming back."

"This hotel was very clean. I always check under the mattresses for bed bugs and everything was safe from any critters. The staff was professional and very helpful when I accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong date. The staff gave us a room right away before charging us, and told we could grab our stuff and go to our rooms and figure out our refund status with expedia. The fire place outside is very nice. They locked us out of our room to get us to go to the front desk and gave me a birthday card with cupcakes. It was a nice surprise."
