"This is the only Hotel we stay in when we visit our home town. Consistency is an understatement. The upgrades keep developing and there’s always a new edition to the facility like the new coffee machines at the highest quality. Customer service is the 100 percent. Teresa makes sure the breakfast room is clean at all times with a smile and will definitely give you a good laugh. Tim Rouser is always in supervision mode making sure everything looks good and going smoothly. This place is definitely at the top of my list. And just for the record we almost stayed in Jackson Tn. 45 minutes away until Tim Rouser notified us of a cancellation. What more can a person ask for."

"6/30/25. I was here on business for about a week, I was working nites so the staff was extremely cooperative. They supplied me with coffee and clean towels when I needed them. The location made is easy to sleep during the day with no traffic noise. The curtains in the room provided darkness in the room to sleep also. Pretty good hotel all in all."
