“On the front door stands the Tripadvisor logo, which invites you to leave a review. I don’t know how bravely you think a customer would leave a positive review. We spent $176 for one night in a bathroom room that hadn’t seen a plumber in years! We basically had no hairdryer but we had a fountain all night, as the tap in the tub even when closed leaked a lot of water and was noisy. Cleanliness of the room just enough, but the pipes and taps in the bathroom are rusty and the water tastes of iron. The washbasin outside the bathroom (but when?) struggles to drain water. We were provided with two towels each, one of them of a truly ridiculous size. Forget this place, its luck is only to be on a road of strong passage, but the fact that at 8.15 am the reception is still closed and the key is left in the hole makes it clear how they found the trick not to meet the customer and his dissatisfaction ..” — Vegvalsusina, 1 star
“These reviews misrepresent the Classic Motor Lodge. My room was clean and quiet, yes. The room was also a dump. Tired. Peeling. Chipped. Frayed. No closet or rod to hang clothes! No towel racks to hang towels! AC (fixed to Eco setting) that didn’t seem to keep up w set temp. Restaurant across the street? A barn-sized biker bar that does fill up. Know what you’re getting into when booking here.” — IndianaJosie, 1 star
“This motel is terrible. I wouldn’t stay here if they paid me. We reserved through Expedia. It was pay at property. We checked in. There were signs up everywhere NO REFUNDS! I guess that should have been our first clue. Went to the room. The floor was coming up everywhere, the paint was ripped off the bathroom door. The shower faucet was disgusting and the caulk was coming up all around the shower. The bed skirt/sheet hanging out was stained. We decided to go have dinner and discuss it. I went back and told the person at the desk that the room was unacceptable and looked like the photos online and I wanted a refund. She said sorry no refunds. She called the owner who reiterated the same. I told her I would contest the charges with my credit card company. I went to the car and called them. They said the charge was pending and to call back once posted. I brought my receipt back into the woman and gave her the key. I asked her to please sing my receipt that I returned the key and date it so she did. A man was there trying to book 3 nights, I said I sell ya my two and the lady said no sorry we have a room for one night, I said well now you have mine for 2. It was $425 for the two nights. It was awful. DON’T stay here! Sleep in the car.” — Colleen M., 1 star

What guests are saying about Classic Motor Lodge West Greenwich.
"This was a really nice place. We had room 101. The only thing that could be improved is it needs a coffee pot and fridge with a freezer. The step getting into the room was a bit high up. But the room was very clean and the beds were great. Good prices. Highly recommend."
