About The Hotel

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warwick-Providence (Airport) by IHG is a 4-star, 561-review property on Jefferson Boulevard, just east of T.F. Green. Its 4.1 rating reflects dependable, family-friendly service with a cleanliness score of 4.4 (the highest of the three) and room quality of 4.3. At $174–$550/night, it sits between the budget Hampton and the upscale Homewood. The free airport shuttle is a key perk, alongside the pool, free hot breakfast, and fitness center. Reviewers highlight its reliability and value, though some mention housekeeping lapses and aging bathrooms in need of renovation. It’s an ideal middle-ground option: more consistent than the Hampton, less expensive than the Homewood, and purpose-built for airport traffic and families.

What Guests Are Saying

“My wife and I were ending up our busy weekend, and had an early departure the next morning. The hotel has an airport shuttle, and that’s why we stayed here. However, due to an early departure, they will order an Uber, which went very well. It’s free, and very reliable. The hotel was comfortable, and we enjoyed our brief stay there. I was not able to check out the surroundings, but if you are looking for a reasonable stay before departing Providence, I would recommend this hotel.” — Xeuropn, 4 stars

“Hotel staff were friendly but possibly short staffed. Our room didn’t get cleaned / refreshed unless we asked. Hotel shows signs of needing a Reno especially in bathrooms: peeling wallpaper, hole in wall from removed something, scratches an weird splotches in paint etc. The worst part was the showers not having enough hot water. Unless you took shower at odd times you had tepid water.” — Go169278, 3 stars

“One of the worst rooms I’ve been in in a long time. Black mold on curtains, headboard peeling all over the bed. Hotel is in bad need of renovation. Overall property cleanliness is poor. We came back from dinner around 11, observed the desk clerk sound asleep. Won’t go back!” — Skip O., 1 star

"Let’s start with this is the fastest check-in I have ever had anywhere in the country well or world. Actually, I showed up showed her my ID and I was headed to my room. The room is very nice a smaller older TV but at least I had good channels The decent and it was the first time I ever seen a pancake making machine. Very cool probably the best pancake I ever had 🥞surprisingly"

"Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. Overall not a bad IHG hotel. The hall floors were pretty dirty and sticky. It was a pretty quiet area so that was nice. Nothing special here but I would stay again."
