"After booking a room at another hotel and hearing that my reservation has been canceled without notice they had sent me here and the service was great! Big thank you to Jordan for going above and beyond in answering my barrage of questions and making sure my stay was pleasant. Breakfast was great with a big selection to choose from. The homeless can throw the area off a bit but if you don’t bother them they won’t bother you. Other than that i would definitely visit again! thank you to all the staff at the hotel and Jordan for making sure my expectations were met."

"The hotel was great! I loved the snack table setup with cookies and cider — the cider was delicious. The room was a perfect size, and having a restaurant inside the hotel that offered a continental breakfast was a big bonus. The restaurant itself was really good as well. The hotel staff was wonderful. The front desk worker, Nelly, was exceptionally great — super friendly and attentive. She helped us with everything we needed and even took a group photo for us. My group loves pictures, and she kindly took over 30 photos without any hesitation. She was incredibly patient and supportive. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"Pleasing stay at Hotel Providence, beautiful lobby, and decent sized rooms. Only lacking curb appeal because of the location, but trust me, it’s a hidden gem. Employees are very helpful, Racquel was very polite, welcoming and gave great nearby restaurant recommendations. Rooms are very spacious and very decorated, would visit again!!"
