What guests are saying about Steele Hill Resorts:
"I've stayed here three times (once just before COVID) with my family and have been happy every time. Three different room set ups and all have been comfortable for a family of five. The pools are always clean and easy to access. I gave 4-stars for the location because it is off the beaten path (which is ideal to some) and will take you 15-20 minutes to get to a store or more for local attractions. This is a little hidden gem of a place that's not so little."

View on Google"Beautiful location and the place looks luxurious from the outside! The bed is a platform and it was as hard as a rock! The millions of dollars invested in this place and they couldn't invest in comfortable beds, π€????!!! Your back will be sore if you're able to sleep! The TV is outdated and is poor quality, you have to rent a FireStick if you want to watch anything even decent! In room jacuzzi that it took a half hour just for the water to get warm. The bureau has a drawer that would not stay closed, the drawer would not stay closed and people must clean the rooms and no one notices the drawer wide open all the time!? There's only one chair in the room so if there's two of you one will have to sit on the board of a bed! Millions of dollars and not even a comfortable bed! Most people want to sleep on a comfortable bed!!!! The windows have bad drafts and if its windy you'll feel the cold air! Millions of dollars in luxury with no luxury! Someone is living in luxury and its not the patrons. The pictures of the jacuzzi are after using it 2 times! Gross! We were told that if we come back we could ask for a mattress topper, obviously they know the beds are bad. If you have to rent a FireStick and ask for a mattress topper to be comfortable what kind of resort is it!? Should be a hotel!"

All of the staff were friendly. We did attend a time share meeting, it was informative but not pushy. The only downfall of the stay was that the resort itself is very dark outside, I would recommend bringing a flash light as there were no lights outside on the patio area outside of our room."
