What Guests Are Saying
“Booked a room for two nights end of September to allow us to visit the White Mountains and the Fryeburg Fair. Upon checking in we were informed we had been upgraded to the suite on the top of the mountain and we immediately settled in. What an upgraded, amazing room with the most gorgeous view one could imagine. The peak of the season. Staff made some great suggestions from hikes to take and places to eat. A truely special experience that will not soon be forgotten. The Fair was an afterthought and we put in a mandatory couple of hours, couldn’t wait to get back to oiur digs and enjoy the scenery.” — flyeroli, 5 stars
“So thankful to Nancy, Cathy, Rhonda, and Caitlin (office) for making our last stay at Nordic Village Resort a most romantic, memorable experience. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and provided all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend this resort not only for honeymooners but also for families with small children. There is something for everyone!” — Marc, 5 stars
“Everything about our vacation on the resorts end was handled smoothly. Excellent service at the front desk. The suite we stayed in was very family friendly. The sofa bed looked to be in brand new condition. We plan to return for the snowy season, for sure!” — Joseph D., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Nordic Village Resort.
"Nordic Village Resort was the perfect spot for a cozy overnight getaway, and we truly loved our stay. The property is quaint, peaceful, and beautifully maintained—exactly what you want when you’re looking to escape and unwind for a bit. The setting feels tucked away and relaxing while still being close to everything in the area. The ladies at the check-in desk were incredibly nice, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the entire experience feel seamless from the moment we arrived. Everything about the stay was flawless and easy to navigate, from check-in to enjoying all the amenities. One of the highlights was the heated pool, which was amazing even in the middle of winter. We also tried the outdoor hot tub—while it was a little cool due to the frigid 15°F temperatures outside, we still managed to enjoy it for a bit, which made the experience feel extra fun and memorable. Another unexpected and charming touch was visiting the three sheep on the property—they added such a unique and delightful element to our stay. Overall, Nordic Village offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere and the perfect place to slow down and enjoy some quality time away. Such a lovely experience—we would absolutely return!"

The people who work there are just the kindest. And one time when our rooms fireplace wasn’t working they were so kind they bumped us up to the nicest room at the highest part of the mountain. Always looking forward to go again."

My husband and I were able to enjoy the entire pool room to ourselves for an hour as the snow fell outside. The view was beautiful and the room had a lot for the money. Would come back!"
