“We stayed in the haunted castle and I have to say that it was money well spent! The pictures and the description do not do it justice. The place was exceptionally clean and very well built with high end finishes such as the fancy self cleaning toilets. There were so many spooky things that popped up around each corner and the scares only escalated as you were hanging out there. The space was so big that it definitely allowed the whole family to spread out and relax. There was also plenty to do on the grounds. Cute little playground for the littles, horseshoe and bags for the grown ups, nice hammock to soak in the serene views and even a restaurant and bar on site playing live music. Love that this place is a destination where you can just check in and leave the car parked and get a full day and night of pure entertainment and relaxation all in one spot. “My boyfriend and I LOVED Adventure Suites. We stayed in the Victorian Spa rooms. It was so gorgeous and had such fun amenities with the room. I liked that each room had it’s own little back porch with a couple chairs. It was brisk during our weekend so we never used the porch but the option was there. Additionally, the firepit behind the hotel is typically lit every night, but there’s a drought in NH at the moment, so it wasn’t lit while we were there. But that’s not the staff/hotel’s fault in the least. There is a huge amount of games and DVDs you can borrow for free in the shared areas. There’s also a cute saloon-style restaurant behind the service desk. I also used the spa service while was great. I was worried I requested it too late and it wouldn’t be available, but I got a massage booked the same day. It was relaxing and quiet just as hoped. The location of Adventure Suites is easy to find. And it’s a great value for your money. Staying here was a lot of fun! I’ll definitely be back to stay in a different adventure-room!” — Liv, 4 stars
