“I’ve stayed at Mill Falls many times, but this was my first time at the Palmer Inn since it was renovated recently. I’ve stayed at that in a few times, but Church Landing more often. Palmer Inn now has fresh paint, carpet, and refurbished rooms. It definitely felt fresh and clean, and the price was a lot less than the other inns on property. My child and I spent some time at the Church Landing pool and hot tubs across the street, as well as the pool table there. We like the Camp restaurant at one of the inns, as well as Giuseppe’s also on property. One thing I wish was different at Palmer Inn is that they don’t have anyone at the front desk at all. You have to either text someone or go to the Church Landing lobby across the street. Not a huge deal, but it would make me feel safer and more comfortable to have someone at the Palmer Inn front desk, it just looks abandoned without anyone working there.” — TheLakester, 4 stars

What guests are saying about Mill Falls Resort Collection At The Lake.
"Recently I spent time at Bay Point which is part of the Mills Falls Inn collection. The room was a nice size the bed was comfortable there was good size sectional sofa and small balcony. We enjoyed the pool which is located at Church Landing, attended a Paint and Sip and enjoyed wonderful Yoga class. The only issue was that housekeeping never came the second day, I brought mentioned this and wrote to customer service and they acknowledged the error. The meal that we had Lago was good and cocktails were fantastic, Church Landing also offered wonderful cocktails and we had a nice appetizer. They had recently refurbished the Inn and were working on the inn at the Market Place."

View on Google"This was our first time visiting. We checked in late and we were greeted by a very friendly and personable front desk staff. The room was clean, smelled clean and was ready for us. We had a room with a fireplace and balcony view of the lake. The ground were kept clean, hotel was quiet and the staff was always friendly and smiling. We loved the pool which has two hot tubs right near it. Water temp was just right. Breakfast at the lakeside was excellent and also has a great staff. This was alast minutes decision but ended up as one of the nicer places we have stayed. We liked the little shopping area which has reasonably priced shops. One of the nicer aspects of the grounds was the boardwalk along the water. There are too many positive things to keep listing. Book a stay and see for yourself. We liked the week day quiet and will be definitely returning. Thanks for a great visit."
