“I can’t even explain how horrible this experience was comfortability wise. We walk in and it was gorgeous. We got up to our room it was goo then we went to dinner. We got back to go to sleep, shower was amazing, the shower head and water pressure was awesome. The TV was great , you can sign into any account you want. But then, we get into the beds, they are as hard as a rock, very very uncomfortable. The blankets suck, aren’t soft at all and very very thin. My mom slept better in the chair in the room than the actual bed. Never will be back here. Yes people are very nice and it’s good looking but you will not be comfortable sleeping here if you want sleeping in a softer surface rather then firm.” — Molly T., 1 star

“Management is very poor, confrontational and rude! We stayed 4 nights and not once did housekeeping enter our room, to clean it, make the beds, replace towels, empty wastebaskets, replace toilet paper and Kleenex!! Hotel was dirty outside and there were guests smoking right near the exit/entrance doors. Hotel clerk did not tell us where to find the elevator, when breakfast would be available or where or what there was to eat/drink.
