"Absolutely enjoyed the jacuzzi in the pool was not cold at all it was warm.. Staff were so welcoming and if you need anything at all they would do their best to accommodate you. I also love the fact that chicken was for 4:00 p.m. but check out is at noon!!! Finally.. A hotel that listened because 11 is just too early to be gone and out in my world so they really like I would stay there again for sure 😃😊!!"

View on Google"Tracy at the front desk was friendly, cordial, and understanding. She immediately recognized our needs, we are a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children. She guided us through things that were important for us, offered a cookie to the boys and made them feel welcomed. She allowed us to stay an extra hour so the boys can have swim time in the morning. I noticed she worked long hours, she was the only person working at the front desk for the 2 days we stayed. Not once she looked flustered or frustrated. Great customer service and dedication."
