What Guests Are Saying
“We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo at Riverwalk in May 2026. It was a beautiful resort with all the amenities. We were able to work from the condo and still enjoy the outdoor activities. The location is perfect for all the scenic areas ( Cog train to Mt Washington, flume gorge, kancamagus highway…) and great restaurants. Lincoln is a very small town with a few blocks of shops/cafes, but perfect place if you want to see the white mountains. Riverwalk resort has a great Italian restaurant (we had their pizza) and a winery. Arcade and pool table, swimming pool.. were all available for the guests.” — sstravel222, 5 stars
“My stay at the RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain was very relaxing and enjoyable. Both of the housekeeping staff and front-end staff were very helpful in answering questions and taken care of my room. The room was very spacious and had all of the amenities you needed. The RiverWalk resort is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, ski slopes and other activities. The two restaurants located on the premises made it convenient if you didn’t want to go out, and the food was delicious! The stay was a great value, and I would come back another time.” — Pete H., 5 stars
“i’m not sure exactly when we stayed but i believe it was August of last year, just to get away for a couple of days, i believe it was Nicoli that helped me. Me and my wife spent a beautiful weekend with great weather and loved it so much i booked a week for me and a few friends, we usually go away for Fathers Day, but it’s never that weekend we celebrate when we can, and this year it’s the 26th of June till July 3rd, looking forward to it so much, and being around $3,500 it’s affordable for 4 guys, but now i want to take 2 weeks in August with my wife, rent a 2 bedroom cause we usually entertain a few guests for a night or two, and i see for those 2 weeks the price is over $17,000!!!! i cannot believe this, i’m 70 years old and want comfort and beauty when i go away, but $17,000???? you just killed my August vacation, maybe something can be done about this i could buy a nice used car for that, in fact i sold my Honda a few years ago for $18,000 and they still have it, this is 14 days that comes and goes…i only sleep in the room, i can’t afford $17,000” — James D., 5 stars

What guests are saying about RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain.
"Really enjoyed our time at RiverWalk. We had a 3-bed, 3-bath condo which was beautifully appointed, spacious, incredibly clean and comfortable. Loved the onsite Rhythm Tap & Grille, try their fondues - delicious. This was in a perfect location for us, just minutes to Flume Gorge, Lincoln Woods Trailhead, and JE Henry Trail which were all wonderful. Also walkable to several good restaurants, try Timber Wood Fired Pizza, excellent. A great place to stay. If I had one wish it would be an indoor pool, I wasn't brave enough to swim in the heated outdoor one. :)"

I stuck my head in the laundry room, and it appeared to be free for guests to use. Classy touch. The workout room was large with several machines, including weights and a rowing machine. It could accommodate 20 people or more. It's as beautiful as the pictures suggest."

View on Google"We had our wedding there on 10/10/25 and had the best experience! Checking in was probably the biggest issue. We had to wait awhile to check in and our room situation got messed up which was unfortunate, but luckily was fixed by Melissa at the front desk! She was awesome! Debi, our coordinator, was just amazing to work with. She was always available to discuss any questions or needs I had and went above and beyond for me! She made the process so smooth and is just the kindest person! She helped my vision turn out even better than I imagined. Thank you, Debi! We had our rehearsal dinner there as well as our welcome event. The welcome event was through seven birches winery and they put on such a great event! Food and wine was delicious! Everyone there is really kind and accommodating. You’d be really lucky to have your wedding here!"
