What Guests Are Saying
“Although it rained for much of our stay, we enjoyed our unit, the onsite amenities and nearby activities. We came to ski but got to do a little less than we wanted. When we did ski, the outdoor jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool were great. This was our third time staying here for a week and we’ve enjoyed staying here each time.” — snork314, 5 stars
“2nd visit to Innseasons Pollard Brook. Loved it the first time for unit and location. This unit was newly refurbished (Streamside lodge). It was not an elevator unit but that was ok for us. Unit was clean, furnishings comfortable, TV ‘s in both bedrooms and in living room. Great location for skiing Loon (across street) or for sightseeing in the white mountains. We usually stay on the North Conway side of the Kanc but Lincoln is perfectly fine. Plenty of restaurants, etc. Highly recommend. Probably nicest timeshare we have traded into.” — neslaw1, 5 stars
“Nice place to stay! local restaurants and shops are nice.recommend the diner up in littleton for great senior deals and good old diner food. fully equipped kitchen is a nice thing too!” — SCOTT C., 4 stars

"We love this place! It's comfortable, clean, convenient and the price is great for the size and amenities! We've always gotten the 1 or 2 bedroom suite and the mini kitchen is great for making breakfast. The kids love the fireplace and there is guest laundry available (but bring a roll of quarters from home, there isn't a change machine). There is a shuttle to the mountain on the weekends."

View on Google"My room looked totally different than the ones in the photos. I think maybe they have been updated units. Brand new kitchen. Bathtub in the bathroom (not in the bedroom like in some photos?) but maybe some units are still like that because there are a lot of them. Feels like Christmas up here; New England vibes, not super modern looking (all earth tones and woods, not white) but everything was all new appliances still. A nice cabiny feel but new We went here as a Christmas gift and it was so fun and so close to everything near by. Very kids appropriate with a lot of activities and stuff for them to do like cheap create your own candles and movie nights. Multiple pools, a hot sauna and a hot tub and gym etc. the way the rooms are set up; you can’t hear other people at all from the bedrooms they’re very quiet but you can hear them if you’re both in the living room at the same time The parking lot is a tiny bit confusing but they gave us a map for it; could be better if they had little signs up that said like “Lot B” or something (but maybe they have it on the pavement, it snowed the whole time so we never got to see the ground all the way) Great views up here, we got to see bears and moose over here from a distance and see the cute tracks in the snow outside Lot of different kinds of seats and furniture in the units so you can really do everything ; love seat, armchairs, dining room chairs, dresser. There was an iron and board as well as hair dryers etc. very family oriented ; two hair dryers made it feel like they were planning for the whole family to get ready at once, like they usually are. Dishwasher and everything (no washing machines in the unit but there seemed to be a place in the main area; we just didn’t use it)"
