“Front desk (Kait, Alessandro, and the rest of the staff behind the desk) are always friendly, respectful, and ready to serve. The breakfast crew is also at the top of their game. Helpful and made sure there was plenty of food for guests. Housekeeping had the room clean as can be and if you needed something, it was at your door before you knew it. “We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. There had been a mix-up with the initial reservation and we were immediately upgraded to what had to be one of their best rooms! Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful and ensured our experience was a good one. Very clean and well-maintained. Excellent breakfasts. “I wish my review was to compliment the staff. Sounds like if everything is running g smoothly, they provide customer service. We were taking a two week road trip and the morning of our reservation we needed to cancel our reservations for two rooms. We had not prepaid and no one would work with us at all! Alex could have cared less! He even hung up on me. We asked for half the money back or even a credit to use on future stays and he would not help us and said his manager said there was nothing they could do. When I called corporate, they said it was up to the individual hotels. They had options, but preferred to not work with their customers.
