What Guests Are Saying

“My husband and I stayed here this past weekend, and when I say it felt like home—that’s an understatement. Even before checking in, we were welcomed by the beautifully decorated exterior. The moment you step inside, it feels like December—minus the snow and cold. The scent of Christmas trees and hot cocoa fills the air, soft music plays in the background, and you instantly feel at ease. We were greeted by Gary, who was so warm and welcoming, and he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We stayed in Room 207, and it was absolutely perfect. Right by the entrance, there’s a closet with cozy bathrobes and a charming little sitting area. The main space features a two-person jetted tub surrounded by candles and flowers, with towels folded into love swans—such a thoughtful touch. Soft, relaxing music played from the TV, a fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere, and the king-size bed even had chocolates on the nightstand. And I have to mention the cleanliness—it was spotless. I’m extremely picky about that, and I was beyond impressed. The included perks made the experience even better: a large hot tub, a wellness center with gym equipment, a zero-gravity massage chair, foot massager, indoor golf, recliners, and a big-screen TV. There was complimentary coffee, tea, cocoa, and lemon water available all day, pastries and juice for breakfast, and even wine and cheese on Saturdays. We also loved the fire pit, pool table, sauna, and board games. Truly, this place has it all. We had such a wonderful time, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again. Tips: No microwave or fridge in the room but there is a clean, guest only fridge in the great room and an ice machine.” — Bev M., 5 stars

“My husband and I stayed at the Inn for 4 nights. The room was huge with a jacuzzi, fireplace and a separate seating area. We were in room 207. They have a nice eco-friendly system where if you want clean towels, you leave the dirties in a basket outside your room in the morning and while you’re out, they replace the dirties with clean towels. No one enters your room during your stay, which meant we had to make our own bed every day but that was ok! The breakfast was easy and yummy every morning with pastries, oatmeal, cheeses and fruits, and a nice selection of teas and coffees. There were several restaurants in walking distance but best to have reservations because the nearby options fill up! The town is cute and walkable, and it’s just a short drive to North Conway and many White Mountain attractions. We would definitely stay here again.” — Allyson H., 5 stars

“This was an interesting place to stay. It is truly decorated like a Hallmark movie. For real. The fireplace is so grand, so beautiful. The tea and coffee available at all times was wonderful, the beds are comfortable with great bedding, an excellent gym, and the continental breakfast was a very nice touch. But the atmosphere itself is sort of strange. There are 2 inn keepers. One is amazing and so friendly. The other is clearly disgruntled, unfriendly, and very obviously bothered by people. The heated pool/“tropical spa?” Which we were so excited for- was warm at best. It’s been such a frigid winter, and after a day of outdoor activities, we couldn’t wait to hop in. It was not tropical. It was warm. The timer for the jets shuts off every 10 minutes too. That was annoying after a while. We loved the adults only aspect. This place just wasn’t for us. Not many friendly people as guests or employees. Not your usual B&B Inn situation. I believe we might have interacted with the actual owner at one point? I can’t be sure because she never introduced herself to us. All in all, it was ok. Surprised by the excellent reviews. It felt sort of “treat ‘em and street ‘em” to us. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Not wonderful, but definitely ok! We won’t return, it just wasn’t for us. But others would probably enjoy it very much.” — J.O., 3 stars

"The Snowflake Inn was fantastic! Beautiful location in a quaint neighborhood. The room was large and comfortable with a jacuzzi tub and built in fireplace. It was a great weekend getaway for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. I would highly recommend The Snowflake Inn if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life with your significant other."

"Just got home from my second stay at The Snowflake Inn! Our first visit was two Augusts ago and it was such a lovely time we had to come back. Jackson, NH is transformed in the winter into a dreamy, snowy wonderland. The inn was decorated so festively for the holidays and the fireplace was so cozy as a break from the cold. The pool, local stores and Nestlenook Farm down the street gave us plenty to do since we aren’t skiers. 10/10 as always!"
