What Guests Are Saying
“My daughter and I stayed in a room for one night this last weekend. We were with my 12 year old son and his friends and their moms. The friendliness and attention to all of us was exceptional. Sai was amazing at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We wanted one big meal together so he allowed us in the meeting room to eat our takeout. There was no grumbling at all with the rambunctious of this fairly large group of pre-teen boys so we fully were thankful for that. Charlie was so friendly and kind and had a warmth about her. Whenever we passed by she always had a smile and something friendly to say to myself and my 9 year old daughter. Things like that don’t go overlooked! And lastly, I forgot my absolute favorite pillow that I don’t go home without and this time I forgot it at the hotel. After calling and speaking to the manager Leon, he also exceeded my expectations by going out of his way to ship the pillow back to me by packing it up and bringing to the post office on his off time. The friendliness and care from this team is amazing! Thank you so much!” — Linda S., 4 stars
“Not a bad experience, but this place did need some attention to certain details. 1, breakfast. There was a nice variety to choose from, but every hot item was cold. And I mean, cold as in just from the fridge. The egg omelets were very chilled in the middle. Meats were also cool. 2, The dead bolt in our room would not lock, which is a concern, especially if you were a single person traveling alone. 3, The hot tub was not hot, jets didn’t work, and the water was cloudy and not clean “looking” . The bed and bedding was comfy, shower nice, amenities well stocked and room temp easy to regulate, and the room was very clean. Add the front desk staff Frankie, and available coffee 24/7, and the experience was acceptable. Oh, and the cookies, lol. The 3 issues should be addressed immediately. They are health and safety issues. And Frankie should be given a raise. Having to handle the breakfast service AND guests checking out at the same time is something corporate should rethink. Both jobs are the type that need your full attention, and suffer when slammed at check out times. She seemed to handle it, except for the temperature of the food, but that could be a learning curve. Overall, I would stay here again.” — lynn J., 4 stars
“My rate was almost $300/night and I was forced to stay with my 2 small kids at the hotel room that smelled like an ash tray. Old smoke smell that smelled like it was in the walls and carpeting. Airing it out did nothing. All I was offered was to deodorize the room, which would probably make it worse. Hotel was full so we couldn’t switch but probably every room smelled like that.” — Milena F., 1 star
