InnSeason Resort The Falls at Ogunquit
"Suite-resort with in-room whirlpool tubs, kitchen-equipped rooms, and a quiet Footbridge Beach location a mile north of town."
About The Hotel
A solid 4.3 timeshare-style resort offering suite-style value near Footbridge Beach, with many units featuring in-room whirlpool tubs and kitchenettes. Rooms start around $100–$150 per night, making it a comfortable midrange pick for couples and families who want space and a tub without heading downtown. The outdoor pool is pleasant, and the staff is knowledgeable; one caveat is that the resort runs timeshare ownership sales pitches, which some guests found intrusive. Cleanliness and location both rate 4.6, and you’re just a quarter-mile from Footbridge Beach.
What Guests Are Saying
“My husband and I stayed at the InnSeasons Resort during the Ogunquit Christmas prelude. It was a walkable distance to the town (1 mi.). We had everything we needed in the room including a whirlpool tub. I didn’t originally like this feature as it is in the bedroom, however we used it every night after being out in the subfreezing temps. So relaxing! We did not use the pool, but it did look clean. The Footbridge was .25 miles from the resort, and we enjoyed its Holiday lighting event. The staff was very nice and expedient. We definitely recommend the InnSeasons Resort!” — Lisa E., 5 stars
“we had a great time at the Innseasons resort in Ogunquit. The check-in and checkout process was very easy and the unit was in great shape and very clean. The shower had low pressure but that is my only concern. The whirlpool tub was awesome. The carpet was clean and the linens were so soft! I would recommend this place. It’s a mile from downtown Ogunquit but very walkable. The beach is also nearby.” — Kelly H., 4 stars
“this is a lovely little resort, north end of town. It is the second time I have been there, and I’m sure I will go again. The room isn’t big - but it has everything you need. Staff is outstanding. I had asked for double beds on the first floor and a gal called me back 2 weeks before my trip to let me know. I thought that was good. 2 minor issues, and mtce came immediately. (One was us screwing up the TV remote.) The pool is beautiful. The trolley stop is right infront of hotel. And the BEST lobster that you can get (steamed) is right next store.” — karen L., 5 stars
