"We love this property! Full of so much history and family-friendly atmosphere. The West Baden Hotel is luxurious but quaint in keeping with the times as the rooms are meant to reflect the era the hotel was built in and survived through. I’d highly recommend either a tour or a book from the gift store to better understand the property and its significance while you are there. The pool is huge and there is a large jacuzzi, so it was perfect for my little one. Beautiful facilities! There is a trolley and train that run throughout the day complimentary and will take you to the French Lick Springs property and other local areas, very convenient!"

"I love the history of the area and make it a point to explore the hotel when we visit. We just happened to be here for the week when West Baden had a soft opening for the newly renovated bowling and billiards Pavillion on the grounds.Very nice facilities that visitors as well as general townspeople will enjoy for years to come."

"Wonderful rooms and interesting hotel and grounds, check in service was slow, check out was painless and quick. Went for an early dinner at Ballards in the Atrium, hostess was disinterested and dispite half the tables being empty she still wanted us to wait an hour for service. Left the grounds and found dinner elseware. Great place to visit once for a night, not sure it's a full weekend experience."
