“The most concerning part is that the staff acknowledged they were already aware of several of the issues we experienced, yet they did nothing to correct them. Checkout is at 11:00 a.m., yet housekeeping knocked on our door around 9:00 a.m. We had barely slept because the fire alarm had been going off since around 4:00 a.m. for approximately an hour. “Went with my 2 small grandchildren and witnessed drug use in parking lot. Also, as entering, guest told me not to stay there! Odor in lobby, staircase and room was extremely strong of dirt, mold, musty odor. We did not stay as I was too scared.
