What Guests Are Saying
“This was one of if not THE BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is phenomenal! They were so friendly and helpful and made us feel like we were valued guests. The rooms were amazingly comfortable! From the beds to the exceptionally clean bathrooms to the awesome amenities in the “kitchen”! The entire hotel was clean inside and out. The pool area was clean and safe-had all the safety equipment you would expect at a public pool. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel if you’re planning a trip to the Richmond area!” — Terri N., 5 stars
“This is our go-to Hampton Inn when traveling from our home in southeastern PA anywhere out west. After recent renovations, the entire hotel is super clean, comfortable, and attractive. This stay, we were given a free upgrade to a studio suite—a nice surprise. The breakfast was very tasty (as it always is here). Its location is convenient, and hotel staff are friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel.” — Lorna B., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond.
"In this hotel is consistent with Hampton's great quality hotels. The staff was friendly and informative. The hotel was clean throught. It has an accesable washer and dryer for $1.50/ea (quarters) It also has plenty of parking. While the workout area was kind of small, it was very clean. They are the victim of a lot of road construction as of this writing, otherwise it is very accesable from I-70. I would stay here again."

Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and our food was enjoyable. Only complaint would be that the pool could use a deep clean. Overall, will stay again next time we are in the area."
